Spotless Oxford

In 2017 OxClean is trialling a new campaign called Spotless Oxford, and we hope members of Oxford Civic Society and OxClean volunteers will join in.

The idea came from Jeremy Mogford who owns The Old Parsonage and Old Bank Hotels, and the restaurants Quod and Gee’s. Jeremy keeps the pavement and gutters in front of his premises clean and wants to encourage all Oxford’s shops, restaurants, schools and houses to take up this idea. OxClean’s Rosanne Bostock is keen to support and promote the initiative. She says, “This is a great idea for helping keep Oxford’s streets clean and litter-free all year round. It used to be a common thing to do in this country and still is in many parts of the world. Costa Coffee have already expressed interest and I’m hoping to persuade them to sign up.”
